This is Continental Divide country and contains the headwaters of the Snake, Roughing it in style in a pack trip camp.Yellowstone and Shoshone rivers. It is a land filled with amazing beauty, history and legend.

"Rough It" In Style

We invite you to "rough it" in style at our wilderness camps. We North Fork Camp -Teton Wildernesswork hard to set up our camps with your comfort in mind. Our guides, wranglers and cooks are experienced, know the country and take pride in sharing their knowledge and history of the area. After a hearty dinner and relaxing evening around the fire, you will find a warm sleeping bag, soft mattress and roomy tent waiting for you.

Perfect For Families

Our trips are perfect for families or friends, with the daily itinerary tailored to your interest. Whether it be riding, photography, fishing, looking for wildlife or just relaxing it can be found on a Triangle X pack trip. Our trips are fun for the whole family with children as young as five enjoying the splendors of the wilderness.

Horseback Riding At Its Best

One does not need to be an expert rider to fully enjoy the trip; the region has a well maintained trail system and the pace is relaxed. Horseback riding at its bestOur horses are well trained, strong and mountain wise. Days are often spent riding and exploring areas seldom visited, viewing wildlife, searching for wily trout or photographing mountain vistas.

The Yellowstone-Teton wilderness area awards the fishing enthusiast some of the finest Cutthroat Trout fishing in America. Secluded clear blue lakes and beautiful mountain streams await the angler of all skill levels. A Wyoming fishing license is required.

General Information

Our pack trip season is from mid June through early September. The minimum length of a trip is four days, with the average being about a week. Trips are individually arranged for a family or group. Upon request, smaller parties can easily be joined. When planning your trip, we will provide suggestions on clothing and personal gear. Reservations are necessary.

Pack Trip Rates:**

6 people or more per trip $230.00 day/person
5 people or more per trip $240.00 day/person
4 people or more per trip $250.00 day/person
3 people or more per trip $270.00 day/person
2 people or more per trip $330.00 day/person

**Pack trip rates include everything (including sleeping bags and mattress) from the morning you leave the ranch until you return. We have a four day minimum per trip. Additional Costs: 6% Wyoming State Sales Tax on 40% of the bill, and a 15% gratuity. Airport Transportation is $40.00 per trip. 35% deposit required to confirm reservation. Payment must be cash, personal check, or traveler's check. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS FOR PACK TRIPS
